The 2011 symposium is expected to attract 300 delegates from all over Europe, the US, Asia, Australia, and New Zealand. Delegates will include largely infectious disease physicians, clinical microbiologists, cardiologists, cardiothoracic and vascular surgeons as well as trainees in these disciplines. ISCVID is a society founded on the spontaneous and enthusiastic aggregation of physicians, surgeons and scientists attending its meetings.
